Overall Satisfaction with RUN Powered by ADP®

We function under the umbrella of the Lake Simcoe Region Conservation Foundation and as such, our finances need to remain separate. ADP allows us to manage our payroll needs easily while ensuring that expense coding is allocated appropriately. It also allow provides tracking and reporting in terms of charitable contributions made via payroll to our Foundation.

It is great to be able to access your own benefit and payroll info without having to contact the payroll administrator. It greatly reduces staff time overall. Being able to go to one place for all your payroll and policy needs is a game changer, as someone who came from an organization that used 3+ programs and processes to manage these needs. The policy section is fantastic, you always know where to go if you need to check on something and know it's the most recent version, as well as ensuring any new policies are reviewed and acknowledged. Great for compliance, while keeping it quick and simple for employees.

Given that this system allows for multiple pay codes for any given day, I really can't see a scenario where this program wouldn't be beneficial to a work force. I think the only reason not to implement this program is cost. Some community organizations use cost supplemented payroll systems, so it is a hard business case to implement something else, which is fair, but the overall reduction in staff time would arguably be worth it.
