Overall Satisfaction with RUN Powered by ADP®

Although ADP payroll processing is the best in my opinion, the HR capabilities have not been worth the additional cost for us and we rarely use these features. The handbook wizard would be great for a new company putting together their very first handbook, but for us, it was just easier to update our handbook outside of ADP.
ADP 401K implementation and support has been a huge disappointment.
RUN makes payroll processing fast and conveient. I process payroll on a biweekly basis with occasional off-cycle payrolls. Payroll changes are quick and easy. The reports are excellent and quick and easy to produce. When I need assistance, the support team is always available to walk me through any issues.

  • It would be nice to be able to have company HSA contributions paid to employee accounts through payroll.
  • Positive: Improves accuracy by limiting manual entry
  • Positive: Greatly decreases the amount of time spent on payroll tasks
  • Negative: More expensive than QB payroll
Employee Access is very useful and most employees benefit from it. It would be helpful to have a support line for employees to call to get assistance using it.
I have been able to update 401K contributions. I think it is helpful
Much easier to enter employee changes, process payroll and get reports.

Under 50 employees with minimal variations to types of pay, best suited.
More than 50 employees or complex payrolls with several different types of pay, commissions, multiple bonuses and multiple types of PTO to be tracked are better suited to a WFN type of product.
