Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct
Intacct is currently used by our accounting department to manage all financial aspects of the business. Occasionally department managers will also access Intacct to review invoices and expenses. C-suite level executives also use the software for the dashboard tool. The software has created many efficiencies for us - it has eliminated many of our Excel reports as we can run the reports out of the system instead. It also has allowed us to go paperless.
- Allocation of invoices and journal entries. We are now able to allocate items real time instead of at the end of the month. This facilities our quarterly distribution/bonus calculation.
- Financial Reports are easy to customize and reports can be run based on any number of filters, dimensions,, etc.
- Support is very responsive. Typically I've received a response within 2 hours.
- The interface is very intuitive and easy to use. There are many different features, but Intacct has them laid out well within the platform.
- Ability to go paperless.
- Integration with many different 3rd party vendors.
- HIPAA compliance.
- Consolidated GL reporting for allocated AP invoices.
- AP workflow approvals.
- Has allowed us to scale tremendously without adding staff. Hope to continue growth without adding staff by utilizing 3rd party vendor integrations.
- Provided transparency to C Suite executives through dashboards.
Sage Intacct was less expensive and seems to be more cutting edge than Microsoft GP.
