Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct
Sage Intacct is used across our whole organization, which is a private high school. We use the dashboards to keep our CEO, Principal, Vice Principals, and Athletic Director up to date on spending and other metrics. We also use the reporting feature to customize our financial reports.
- Sage Intacct is a very powerful tool that incorporates useful reporting functions.
- Sage Intacct captures a lot of useful data for analysis.
- Sage Intacct annual conferences are very informative and helpful.
- Sage Intacct could provide more new user information regarding training and helpful suggestions.
- Sage Intacct could provide a mentor company for new clients to discuss how they set up their system and their helpful hints.
- There is a problem with adding new employees that hangs the system up and you have restart Sage and re-enter your transaction before you can move forward.
- Sage Intacct has caused us to hire additional staff to perform analysis.
- Sage Intacct has caused us additional time to compare our previous financial reports to the new ones contained in Sage.
- Sage Intacct is a lot more expensive than our previous system and the user fees I believe are too high.
Sage Intacct has caused us additional work for accounts payable as there are more steps to produce a check, but once we got used to the new system, it is easier to capture information regarding payables.
Unfortunately, we do not use these modules.
Sage Intacct is much more powerful, but it is more difficult to learn and administer.
