Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct

The general ledger setup makes it easy to find transactions.
We use time and expense management. This has been very helpful to keep track of expense reports in a separate journal and mark them as paid. We use Concur and have expense reports automatically transferred over into Intacct using the Wipfli connector which saves time.
It was difficult to configure but once it is set up, it works great. It is complicated accounting software that has a lot of functionality. Transferring data from a previous account software to the new software can be tricky so it is good to use an implementation specialist.
