Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct
Across the whole organization. We use it as our accounting software.
- Easy to use
- Secure
- Ability to form account groups for different GL codes
- Budgeting - if you do not know GL codes, it is difficult to navigate
- Inability to see invoices on manual payments
- Lots of clicking to drill down to a particular payment
- Would like the GL main screen to stay open once clicked so you can return to it and not have to click the GL charge every time.
- Owners like the clean look of reporting
- Easy to read reporting
- Has made the check cutting process more time consuming
We have not used the automation to my knowledge. We still use manual processes to complete these financial processes.

Very similar to Yardi reporting, but I do find it to be a bit easier to use.
