Ever since the ADCS era till now, I have been using Sage Intacct nearly on a daily basis. It has been seamless and rapid for me to carry out accounting procedures such as recurring billing, AP, and AR through automation which gets enhanced by Sage Intacct.
- Allocates a wide array of cloud accounting tools in one place.
- Eradicate manual processes by automating over 85% of accounting activities from AP, and AR to recurring billing.
- Import and export data as CSV files.
- Integrate with tons of external platforms.
- Unavailability of offline access mode is one of the issues.
- Doesn’t have a Chrome extension.
- Eradicate manual processes by automating AP, AR, reimbursement, recurring billing, etc.
- Reduce human errors by allocating 2- & 3-way matching capabilities which detect discrepancies rapidly on invoices and account receivables.
- Enables us to pay vendors ahead of time.
- Employees reimbursement.
- Reduce fraud through expense management.
Sage Intacct automates order management, GL, AP, and AR which enables me to save time since there’s no single manual process involved. This has also improved productivity and in turn ROI.
Project accounting is the main module that I use, and it enables me to track and manage expenses and time incurred upon task completion.
