Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct

We use Sage for accountings payable, cash management, credit card, and bank reconciliation.
  • Easy bank reconciliation with rules and bank feeds.
  • Intercompany multi-entity property entries in the general ledger and AP.
  • Drag and drop attachments into journal entries and AP bills.
  • Credit card payments via AP. If an invoice is recorded in AP and then paid by CC, you can make the payment via AP instead of reversing and creating a new entry in the cash management module.
  • Making corrections to bills in the payment request field instead of having to back out and unselect bills first.
  • Easy to use and easy to train. Reporting is very quick and accessible.
Multi-entity is great. If you don't have a source entity you are notified that your entry does not balance across all books.
We configured the system on our own.
