Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct

We started using Sage Intacct for the multi-entity reporting. Before this product, we were not able to share customers, vendors, or create consolidated reports on a timely basis. We are now saving so much time and can analyze our data within a few minutes instead of days. We no longer pay vendors twice and have standardize our invoicing across all entities.

We have saved a lot time with the automation of accounts payable. We pay about 2,500 invoices a month and streamlining this process has freed up more of our time. We now can review and ensure we are paying our vendors the correct amount. We have also eliminated paying invoices twice due to vendor sharing across all entities.
The multi-entity modules was the number one reason we made the switch to Sage Intacct from Quickbooks. We now can login once and see up to date consolidated reports on our dashboards. These types of reports would take us days to complete .
There were only a few areas we weren't able to configure exactly as we needed. The vendor/implementation team was helpful and gave us work arounds for those few areas. We feel we could truly configure Sage Intacct to fit our business needs

The customer service and implementation team were amazing. They answered all questions and made us feel comfortable to make the switch. The multi-entity capabilities have helped us save time and money as we are now able to enter our bills and invoices more timely and efficiently. We are also able to create reports we never had time or thought for before Sage Intacct. The only downside is that we see too many modules/areas that are not applicable to our business. This can be confusing for any of our new users. This is our only compliant.
