Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct

Sage Intacct is our department's main accounting system and it is very user friendly and intuitive and has a wide variety of functions that are helpful to our team. The collections module is extremely helpful for our team and there is a lot we can do with the reporting because we can create all kinds of reports and views we need.

  • Helpful community for troubleshooting and opening support cases
The automation of processes has helped streamline the work our team does and makes the process a lot more straightforward and fast to complete.
We had a 3rd party service help configure our systems with Intacct but both parties were super helpful and knowledgeable.
