Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct
We use Sage Intacct for all accounting, AP, and AR functions. AP/AR automation, GL entry automation, and ease of reporting are all issues that the product addresses.
- Easy to perform journal entries
- Reporting module is really good
- I like the dashboard capabilities
- Integration with google apps (sheets, Looker Studio)
- While the reporting module is good, an ad hoc option would be good.
- We have vendors that are also customers. I would be good if there were an easier way to link those and either bill or collect based on the net amount due/owed.
- The automated bank transaction feed and reconciliation process takes hours off of our month end process
- The dashboards have given more managers a cleaner, more efficient way to analyze their spend.
Being able to schedule journal entries has been a big time saver. We are currently working on AP automation, but we're confident it will take several hours of work each month out of our processes.
We are only using the multi-entity module currently. Sage Intacct makes it very easy to transact between multiple entities and report on them.
I have used Sun Systems in the past for accounting software. Sage Intacct blows Sun out of the water in terms of ease of transacting, reporting functionality, and automations. Before I came here they were using QuickBooks. Moving to Sage was beneficial due to our enter entity setup. Apparently that was an issue with QB.
