Overall Satisfaction with Salesforce Analytics Cloud

It is used in our sales department and helps with the CRM part. It helps keep the information needed for the customers and allows us to have pertinent information needed for that call. It has worked out very well with our sales people here at my business. They would recommend it to other people.

We researched other CRM databases and this one was the greatest. It also integrates with our phone system so will pop up the information when we need it to come up on an inbound call. This helps us aid in the process of the sale and information based on the customer.
It is great to use it in real-time due to the API integration with our phone systems. This allows the data we have stored to be accessed when a call comes in. This gives us a lot of good information on our customer and allows us to concentrate on the call and sale and not the specifics of the person number/address.
It is somewhat cumbersome for sharing across teams and reporting. We don't use all the functions of the program because we are still learning them. We are learning how to do this right now and thi is why I ddint give it a higher rating. Once we start using the features it will be more beneficial for us.
It is well suited for a sales associate to be able to have all the information handy for the sales call. It allows you the ability to add information needed to keep you updated on the person/company you are speaking with.

The scenario that is less appropriate is a large corporation who is thinking about bottom line and dollars and cents.
