Overall Satisfaction with Salesforce Lightning
The UX and UI is better looking than the normal Salesforce but it doesn't operate better. It feels like it takes more clicks to get into account and view the information. It's too cumbersome if you're trying to utilize your CRM all day everyday. It could have something to do with how the system was originally set it.
- It looks good.
- Adding tabs to the home page is great.
- Reporting looks very good too.
- Too cumbersome.
- Too many options within accounts which don't matter.
- Too many upsell calls from sales.
- Haven't seen ROI yet
- Keeps track of contact information but if you get additional leads with same info, you create duplicate accounts.
I've used HubSpot CRM. It's convenient because it's free. It's works well and it easy to manage. Once you get past a certain amount of contacts, it's becomes too simple and that's where Salesforce comes in handy.
