SalesforceIQ makes my day to day email management 10x faster. Currently, it is an optional choice for part of our company if they wish to use it. I believe it is a personal preference depending on how one does their job. In my line, I tend to write similar sentences throughout the day. It is so great to write ";time" and "Thank you for taking the time to update me. My door is open as more questions come up," will automatically populate on the screen.
- Fast email templates
- Alerts you when someone has read your email
- Ability to quickly schedule emails to go out at a specific time
- I wish it worked better from my mobile phone. I don't want to download an app. I want to be able to use the mail utility on my iphone and have access to all of my templates.
- Time is money! This makes it much faster for me to contact more prospects.
