Overall Satisfaction with SalesLoft
I am in the first group at IBM to use SalesLoft. We are using it in conjunction with SugarCRM to create a multi-touch strategy for leads that come in through chat, phone call, white paper download or event attendance.
Pros
- SalesLoft has totally changed my life! I am able to categorize and manage thousands of leads using SalesLoft.
- I am able to create very specific cadences for the various products and services we sell, so I am sending personalized messages by the hundreds.
- Once my cadences are set, I am done. I have a full view of who is opening my messages, I can connect via LinkedIn INSIDE SalesLoft, a HUGE advantage.
- From the SalesLoft dashboard, I can easily and quickly see who opened my email, who accepted my LinkedIn connection—and those are the folks I focus on following up.
- I can show management exactly how many emails I have sent in a nice dashboard view. I am in control and my job is so much easier.
Cons
- I would like to be able to edit a cadence after it has started. Like add an additional email or add a contact.
- The call feature does not integrate with our phone system.
- My productivity has improved by 50% with SalesLoft.
- My ability to manage my sales territory has improved.
- I am now able to provide my manager with beautiful updates on my sales efforts via the SalesLoft dashboard. In detail!
We have a SalesLoft rep that is very responsive and always professional and pleasant to talk to. There's no value put on that—priceless.
SalesLoft is far and away better than any other tool I have used.
