Overall Satisfaction with Salesmate
We currently use Salesmate throughout our organization. Initially it was implemented for our sales department only. Salesmate has so many great features that we have now expanded it throughout our organization. The use of different pipelines, customizable fields, automation, and customizable sharing features has allowed us to expand its use within our company.

- Exceptional mobile platform
- I would like to see them expand the telephony services to be more robust and replace our ring central account.
- I would like to see the deals associated with a contact on the mobile app when a contact calls.
- I would like a third option on the ring sequence that allows the sequential ring feature to be organized in the order I specify.
- Our sales pipeline wouldn't exist if it weren't for the organization provided by Salesmate.
- We would not be able to keep up with our workload if it weren't for the automation and task management of Salesmate.
- Salesforce CMS, Copper (formerly ProsperWorks), PipelineDeals CRM, Zendesk Sell (formerly Base CRM) and Dealertrack
