Overall Satisfaction with Salesmate
We currently use Salesmate throughout our organization. Initially it was implemented for our sales department only. Salesmate has so many great features that we have now expanded it throughout our organization. The use of different pipelines, customizable fields, automation, and customizable sharing features has allowed us to expand its use within our company.

- I would like to see them expand the telephony services to be more robust and replace our ring central account.

- Our sales pipeline wouldn't exist if it weren't for the organization provided by Salesmate.
