Overall Satisfaction with SAP Ariba Procurement

We utilize SAP Ariba Procurement for supplier communication, procurement processes, and invoicing. This allows suppliers to communicate with us quickly and efficiently while keeping all details of a transaction together for ease of use.
  • Allows suppliers to submit invoices.
  • Provides detailed information for Purchase Requisitions and POs.
  • Reporting capabilities.
  • Occasional difficulties with sign-in and not retaining default settings.
  • Too many steps for invoice receiving.
  • Tasks show up in my list that are not mine and have nothing to do with my role.

SAP Ariba Procurement is very easy to use. Both internal end users and suppliers seem to be happy with the performance of the system.

Integration with SAP S/4HANA was a key consideration. Also, making sure the system was easy to use for end users.
Internal systems created by our organization. These will now, or have been replaced by SAP Ariba Procurement.

For companies that are struggling with supplier collaboration SAP Ariba Procurement is an ideal solution. There could be challenges with suppliers who are not willing to utilize the SAP Ariba Procurement system and this could present difficulties and require negotiations.
