Overall Satisfaction with SAP Business One
SAP Business one was a replacement for an older CRM that was used prior. We used it to have a clean streamline from our Clients and our Vendors. The main problem that is possessed is the consulting portion. I feel that the management that implemented the optimization for our company did a poor job to hit the main focus of SAP.
- Creating Vendor Accounts
- Using their invoices feature.
- The speed of SAP to access potentially archived information.
- Their ability to quickly view vendor payments and clients payments.
- SAP might be excellent, but I feel that the manager who spoke with the developers to optimize SAP did a horrible job and did not take advantage of the full functionality of the program.
- SAP could move a little more smoothly when loading information, it is fast, but it's sometimes inefficient.
- I believe the company that I worked for that did this caused us to have unnecessary steps when adding vendors to be paid on client invoices.
- Allocation of records from the previous system
- Everything is at a glance, but too compact.
- Could use more feature to work with non-warehouse clients.
I feel that is is better than a lot of older CRM's but the programs diversity is lacking. However, that could also have a lot to do with the contract who developed the site for the company I worked for at the time. Not a bad program overall, for the most part.
