Overall Satisfaction with SAP Business Technology Platform
This is a great cloud platform for applications that have a big relation with the ERP. It's flexible and particle and now we start to see the usage increasing inside big companies. To improve, I believe the costs still high, mainly about democratization (SAP Build). We also are paying a high price because Vale was an early adopter. The movement from Neo to Foundry is something expensive and we don't see flexibility from SAP to discuss this. It's not a movement that we expected.

- Using Fiori, it can make the user experience easier.
- It can improve a lot in the DevOps model
- We have benefits avoiding to customize SAP ECC and increasing the complexity to a S4/Hana project.
- We reduced a lot of manual processes using BTP applications.
- Improving the image of the company among our partner and suppliers.
