Concur needs to be more customer focused
Overall Satisfaction with SAP Concur
At our company expense and travel are managed separately and most concur focus is on expense. This creates a gap. In my experience, there are data we are missing in travel and lack of cohesive management by concur. Obviously in my opinion dated traveler interface - you can’t wait 10 years to update and trust has been lost so you say it will improve and iterate but we remain skeptical on timeline and functionality. In my experience, Concur as a whole has an arrogance and doesn’t treat customers as customers. I’ve been on calls where concur talks to us like we are stupid. Concur - for me - is a necessary evil.

- Stop trying to sell us more for every issue. Ask us questions - like how often do you want to update your meal rates and THEN maybe try to sell us managed travel allowance.

It’s been a long time since there was innovation
Some things are worse for employees- expense reports and booking travel still overly complex. But good for expense team and concur app and receipt photos is excellent
