Overall Satisfaction with SAP Concur

I am a business analyst supporting the Business Expense Reporting team. Lately, the issues are the employee records where I am finding discrepancies.

1. The Travel and Expense records should auto sync. 2. Would like to be able to download information from the Import file. I would copy and paste from the screen. 3. The profile screen isn't user friendly.
