- Limited - the platform is needed but based on usage challenges has not provided any simplification in our processes
Lower from a user experience perspective and simplicity of in configuration
Limited - a tool was needed and base integration capabilities was the driver for the usage.
Employees do not like the tools interface, we experience consistent errors and the mobile app is difficult to use.
