Overall Satisfaction with SAP Concur
SAP Concur is used to manage travel and employee expenses / expense reports and submit for approval
- Validation of data inputs
- Receipt capture / prompts after a transaction has occured
- With latest upgrade, user interface is much easier to use
- Price of an expense report is too high
- Expense per report is high, other than that the tool has been great for the business
We are currently in the process of integrating concur with SAP, we also have integrations to Workday to manage employee/manager hierarchies
The feature i like best is the prompt for a user to take a photo of a receipt at the moment when the transaction occurs
Enables users to easily report on expenses with a workflow for management approval
