SAP CONCUR FOR TRAVEL EXPENSE MANAGMENT

We use SAP Concur for our travel expenses and reservations.

My organization is using SAP S/4HANA. We are currently using S4HANA 2020. SAP Concur is integrated with SAP S/4HANA. After integrating SAP Concur with SAP S/4HANA, employees are able to look into Concur and submit their travel expenses. This allows the finance team to extract the information from SAP Concur into the right general ledger.

SAP Concur has helped our finance department to easily track and manage employees travel expenses. Employees can also submit their travel expenses and track it for approval and payment.
In addition, the auditors can easily audit expenses submitted through SAP Concur. Again, employees can easily update their travel expenses to ensure accurate submission.

SAP Concur has helped employees in their expense report. Employees can re-use previous travel expenses template and update it for a new travel expenses. This helps employees to save time. Managers and finance administrators can review submitted expenses and let employees know if there are any concerns to be addressed.
