Overall Satisfaction with SAP Concur
We use SAP Concur for our travel and expense submission. I work for a class I railroad, so all of the field workers (railroaders) must use Concur to submit their expense using a mobile app as they are constantly on the move. The problem is that these workers are limited in the ways in which they can submit their expenses and the product allows the team to enter expenses on the go at any time, making it safe and easy for the process to be completed.

By making a product that addresses the entire organization's needs. We have a strong "field vs. management" perceived attitude from the field, so any area we can prove to be a united front is a huge win for the company.
Concur makes entering expenses so much more efficiently. Even admins are able to prepare/submit executives' expenses very easily.
