Any marketing organisation has the same issue: a lot of customer data, many sources, many touchpoints and it is very hard to aggregate that information in one place. So, of course, we had the same issue and needed help. SAP Customer Data Solutions was the software we needed to take our customer journey to the next level.

- In comparison to other competitors, can be more expensive to aqire
- We were able to discover that a segment of our clients preferred a specific type of landing pages so we were able to deploy more appropriated landing pages, improving our conversion metrics - which was great!
A better integration with out database was the key factor that led our decision to move forward with this tool. Keeping in mind that it was more costly, we knew that it would be a safe bet, would bring a more data-driven culture to our team, the capacity to create laser focused campaigns.
