Overall Satisfaction with SAP S/4HANA Cloud

I am a support consultant for SAP wm and EWM. We receive incidents/tickets from users for their issues. Then we look into them and resolve them functionally. Our issue and resolution mainly is a part of knowing the process and knowledge about master data and configurations. In SAP S/4HANA Cloud, the user can face an Authorization issue And all the standard errors that he used to get earlier in ERP. Because basic concepts of SAP have not changed with SAP S/4HANA Cloud but yes, SAP S/4HANA Cloud is more user-friendly and simple to use.

Because SAP S/4HANA Cloud is an ERP system designed specifically for in-memory computing and reengineering business processes around key business functions such as financial systems and supply chain management. SAP S/4HANA Cloud enhanced the organizations’ ability to reach new markets, accelerate revenue, increase customer retention, and improve business capabilities. Of course, the companies also needed to adapt business processes and change internal operations, but SAP provided an enabling foundation on which to build change.
