Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors

We use SAP SuccessFactors for our annual performance reviews and goals set. This platform allows us as end-users to easily enter and lookup performance reviews and goals submitted in previous years. We can see where our performance review is at in the routing and approval process at any time and also view any attached documentation.
  • Able to view where active performance reviews are at in the approval workflow.
  • Able to view attached documentation.
  • Able to view history of completed performance reviews and goals from previous years.
  • The user interface can be confusing at times. Not very intuitive.
  • Have to do a bit of clicking before I find what I'm looking for.

SAP SuccessFactors is an excellent tool for submitting performance reviews and development plans/goals for the year. You can easily view where your submittal is at in the approval workflow and you're able to view the previous year's information as well. Our employee data is also housed in SAP which allows org chart information to flow into our performance reviews and approval workflow.
