Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors
We use SAP SuccessFactors Learning, Recruiting/Onboarding, Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll. Our Learning environment is used to provide annual training courses to our associates and external users. Typically we build most of our courses internally but have partnered with third party vendors for our pharmacy courses, which easily integrate with the LMS module. We recently implemented Onboarding and Recruiting. From the manager perspective, the implementation has been a positive change in that it’s easier to track candidates, decreased process steps from our previous ATS, and better monitoring. The candidate experience has been a negative change for us. There are a lot of drop off points for candidates. Examples include that the candidate must refresh their browser to get different tasks to populate and the login for RCM is not case sensitive but it is for ONB. We also have many challenges with E-Verify in the Onboarding module. Employee Central was a positive implementation for the business and is used for MSS and ESS.
- Flexibility to customize the system with business rules
- Ample amount of KBAs and trainings for admin users
- Ability to improve manual processes through automatic workflows
- Easier tracking/monitoring for E-Verify and a simplified experience for correcting issues
- Improving the candidate experience in Onboarding by eliminating the need to have to refresh the browser to have candidate process tasks populate
- Allow candidates to complete both recruiting and onboarding tasks under the same login for customers using both modules
- Improved manual paper processes such as terminations, position changes and pay changes through Manager Self Service
- Improved the manual process of employee changes through ESS such as name, address, and contact information changes.
- Mobile pay statements alongside ESS has improved our employee experience
No global impact due to only have operations in one country.
