Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors

The scope is almost all modules. We are happy with Comp, Performance and Succession. In recruitment, we still struggle with Outlook integration. Onboarding needs to improve with the user experience.

SAP SuccessFactors is ok.
Workday Cloud Platform is better in terms of user experience. That is something it needs to be improved. Not sure if we made the right decision influenced by being an SAP finance on-prem customer.
