Overall Satisfaction with Sauce Labs
We have been able to use Sauce Labs in various technology groups. We originally purchased Sauce Labs to help replace issues that we were having with our on-premise servers. With maintenance efforts proving to be too time-intensive, we needed a solid solution. This initial need quickly grew as we had our test engineers run their automated tests through the various browser/OS combinations offered through Sauce Labs. Additionally, we have expanded use to our support team, to help with troubleshooting efforts.
- Amazing customer service. We have had a couple of support tickets with Sauce Labs which were addressed promptly and effectively.
- Easy to use interface, to include user management.
- Having the ability to review video of automated tests, makes troubleshooting automated tests easy.
- Multitude of VM options.
- We have had some issues with speed. It is intermittent, but does happen.
After an in-depth evaluation of Sauce Labs and various other vendors, we were immediately impressed with their customer service and quick response. Their prices are very reasonable for the services that they offer. After only a month long trial we made the decision to purchase their services.
