Overall Satisfaction with Schoology
Our school district uses Schoology to build school culture and climate and to enhance the learning experience of our students. The ability to communicate from the class, school, and district level is amazing. The parents of our district love the weekly newsletter with their students' grades!
- Schoology allows teachers to build rich courses with a variety of materials including text, video and external links.
- Schoology allows teachers to collaborate via groups. Student groups and athletic teams also use groups to communicate and collaborate.
- Schoology allows teachers to differentiate via grading groups and assigning a task to students individually.
- Schoology supports many different file types. However, Mac products are not supported which requires a few extra steps i.e. exporting files to PDF or other supported files
- Schoology provides an enhanced learning environment
- Collaboration between teachers is fostered
- Auto-grading of test and quizzes really helps save teachers time
- Blackboard, Moodle and Canvas
Schoology is definitely top shelf, head and shoulders above the rest!
