Overall Satisfaction with ScreenConnect

We use ScreenConnect for remote support and meetings with several clients to give them presentations.
  • Easy to use and multiplatform. It installs in a couple of minutes and you have direct access to your client's equipment.
  • Share screen on meetings works great with different clients connected.
  • Works great the way it is.
  • Has created new opportunities for income having the opportunity to give remote assistance instead of on site.
  • Has increased productivity and service with customers, solving issues the moment they occur.
Have tested remote support on Maxfocus Logic now and Pulseway. The downside on both of them is that you need to have users register with them to gain access to the remote support. With ScreenConnect you can give support to clients on the go without a complicated process, you just give them a code and that's it. Really clean and simple.
It's excelent for remote support and online meetings.
