Overall Satisfaction with ScreenConnect
In our environment, we have several staff members working all across South Central Kentucky. I use ScreenConnect to provide remote support for my staff. I also use the Stream feature for some live trainings.
- Simple to use product that is extremely stable regardless of which device I install the agent on.
- I can access any online device running the agent within seconds.
- I honestly don't see any areas of improvement as far as what it does for my organization. You have to understand that I did extensive research before purchasing and was very specific in what I was looking for. ScreenConnect fit all of those needs which makes it much harder to find issues.
- Our tech department historically has employed a director and at least two tech interns. Recently both of our interns graduated and left for jobs in their respected fields. Instead of hiring other support staff, we instead invested in ScreenConnect and now our one tech guy does the work of 3.
