Overall Satisfaction with ScreenConnect
ScreenConnect is used to connect to all client PCs with my Access Agent installed. It is also on my support web page to connect sessions.
- Quickly deploy agents
- Fast connection
- Cross platform
- iOS app is lacking some features
- macOS unattended installs sometimes do not work
- Increased efficiency for technicians to connect to clients
- Remote session speed is very fast
TeamViewer is incredibly expensive and offers a little to no advantages over ScreenConnect.
