Overall Satisfaction with SeekOut

We use SeekOut to find a diverse candidate pipeline to fill our open roles. I have found several candidates that have not only been qualified, but diverse. The system is very easy to use and with a few clicks you can find hundredths of great candidates.

Pros

  • Identifies diverse searches with an almost perfect match
  • Able to find candidates that have specialized skills
  • Find insights about a particular area or market

Cons

  • Find more candidate contact information before downloading to system
  • The use of SeekOut has increased representation in diverse hard to fill roles.
Have been able to find diverse candidates in hard to fill roles, as well as utilize the Insight capability to learn about certain areas.
SeekOut unlike others, has been able to match candidates to the needs of the hard to fill roles in a very simple and friendly way, highlighting the skill set, location and key words used.
