Overall Satisfaction with Sendoso

In the beginning, we used Sendoso to facilitate eGifts for our virtual tradeshows. We have since worked on various projects with Sendoso, including attendee gift boxes for our virtual client conference. We also utilize the warehouse to store our inventory that was previously spread across many offices. We utilize it in mainly in the Marketing department, but we have users within sales/client engagement, product, and are exploring adding our HR team.

We have found that it provides us a great way to send both eGifts as well as utilize our inventory now that we are in a remote working environment. It was also super helpful to utilize Sendoso for our virtual client conference.

  • Warehouse storage for physical inventory
  • Preset options for physical sends
  • Elements of the interface to setup Touches could be improved so there is not so much scrolling on pages
  • It would be nice to have a reporting options that shows all "status" EXCEPT delivered; so you can review all of them (in the Analytics area)
  • Allowing users to edit all inventory (even those setup by Sendoso on client's behalf)
  • We have had positive responses from recipients
  • I have been pleased with the processes in place with the warehouse shipping
  • We do not directly track ROI for all of our touches, so this is difficult to expand on further
We had one demo of this platform but it was more than we needed. We decided to go with Sendoso and have been happy with that decision.

Sendoso is a great resource and partner for providing options for both eGifts, pre-set physical gift options, and storing/shipping your own inventory. We have found their service helpful with our needs for virtual tradeshows, client interactions, and our virtual client conference and plan to continue to utilize the partnership.
