Overall Satisfaction with Sendspark

A huge part of what I do is share idea and more often than not I share them via charts and graphs. So screen capture video tools are really useful. I can open up a letter or a deck and go over what I am looking at and then send it to a client. I can do that with SendSpark as well as other software. What sets SendSpark apart from the competitors I have used is primarily 2 things. 1-It is stupid simple and clean. The interface is very simple and it does a great job. 2-and this is the BIG one-you can not only share your video via a link really easily but if you want the client to send over a video you can send a link and they can do their own screenshare video without downloading anything. Literally they click the link and they can record their screen. Ridiculously simple and even more ridiculously useful. I am obviously a big fan and plan to use this more and more to better serve my clients.
  • Record video.
  • Allow clients to record video and send it back.
  • Clean and simple interface.
  • I guess they could always grow the editing capabilities but then they risk complicating a simple and very clean product.
  • Ease of use.
  • Ability for client to send video back with ease.
  • You can store videos on cloud and repurpose them.
  • I don't have a hard # to report yet but SendSpark is already increasing customer retention as I can better communicate with them.
Camtasia is fine but it is not as simple to use, is not cloud-based, and the client has to download software to record their own screen and respond to your emails.

Do you think Sendspark delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Sendspark's feature set?

Yes

Did Sendspark live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of Sendspark go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Sendspark again?

Yes

For customer service, collaboration, or just doing slideshows or computer-based presentations I think SendSpark is really hard to beat. Another great use that I have seen, but have not yet set up, is for personalized emails where you do a "quick" video and then send it to a prospective client or anyone else.
