Overall Satisfaction with Sendspark

So far I am happy with Sendspark, although it is lacking some important features (at least to me), like trimming, video editing… What I am happiest the most is with the support and development team. They truly hear what customers say and pay attention to their needs. They even showed me the developments roadmap! Unbelievable ;)

  • Simple and easy to use.
  • I like that you can change the shape of the image to squared.
  • Trimming.
  • Video editing.
  • Resolution.
  • Video recording.
  • Screen recording.
  • Possibility to download the videos.
  • It makes my “consulting and auditing websites services” easier, and they look professional.
Well… to be honest, I decided to give it a try because of the price.

I use it to record my pc and myself while auditing my customer's websites, and it works pretty well. What I URGENTLY need is the trimming feature and the possibility to edit the video inside the platform. I hope these features can be released by Q1 next year.
