Overall Satisfaction with ServiceNow Now Platform

We used ServiceNow Now Platform for asset management, change requests, incident management and corporate point of reference of everything that is integrated in ServiceNow Now Platform. This is used by the whole corporation and subsidiaries.

  • Integrated Chat Feature
  • Integration with systems with it's own inventory / asset management (SIEM, AV Solutions)
  • ServiceNow Now Platform is very expensive but since this is being used on a corporate level this is not an issue and everything has been utilized well.
ServiceNow Now Platform support is always available and no problems were encountered when escalating issues.

ServiceNow Now Platform is one of the leading ITSM vendors out there and people should definitely consider buying their service. From management of your own IT Assets upto customer support level, people will not be disappointed.
I am just aware of the price but did not helped in purchasing the product
ServiceNow Now Platform is over the cloud so accessibility will never be an issue. Powerful tool as you can upload several rows of excel data in a matter of minutes.
