Overall Satisfaction with SharpSpring
We use SharpSpring for our marketing automation, email marketing, campaign management and CRM. Our salespeople use the system to manage leads and sales and our marketing people use the email marketing and visitor id to develop leads. We find the system easy to use compared to alternative systems and have built a relationship with clients who use SharpSpring as part of their marketing suite of tools.
- Ease of use - really easy to set up and use, it's uncomplicated but can be as sophisticated as you wish.
- Price - vey cost effective especially as a reseller - allows us to resell at a competitive rate as well as support without having to charge all the time.
- Support - the support is very responsive, sometimes things go wrong but the response time is very quick.
- The email interface is old fashioned - our technical people have few issues but our designer gets very frustrated with it.
- No social - it's on the roadmap.
- ROI is hard to determine as there are so many variables. We do know that we can sell and provide a better service to our clients and this has helped our business scale without additional staff.
- The visitor ID/Life of the lead has provided us with insights that we never had =-- this has cut our sales cycle in half in some instances.
Less complicated yet full of features that matter to us. Our experience and with our clients is that they are using cumbersome software to perhaps do a simple job. They are also using software in isolation - a non-integrated CRM and have a lot of manual tasks. SharpSpring can integrate with most systems inexpensively.
