Overall Satisfaction with SharpSpring

SharpSpring is being used by our Sales Team and Marketing Team.
  • The scoring system and the analytics that they provide is great.
  • The ID info that is given per visitor as how they came to the site is impeccable.
  • Our sales team uses this on a regular bases and have literally everything in one spot.
  • When you have a hard bounce updating the contact info.
  • The use of media and how and where you can use it.
  • Being able to remove tags from being used by others.
  • I do not have hard numbers to give you.
More user-friendly and the customer service staff is great
It is easy to use for all sales and marketing teams. The workflows are really great and user-friendly.
