Overall Satisfaction with SharpSpring
We use SharpSpring to automate our sales process as well as send strategic communications to our clients and prospects. We also use the CRM to generate lead scores for each of our prospects and use their campaign management to understand the effectiveness of our marketing efforts. The tool is used by each member of our team.

SharpSpring is on par with other automation tools that cost much more. The feature set is very similar and it provides similar results. The price point makes it a no-brainer for many businesses. It's also nice that SharpSpring does not require contracts and can be used on a month by month basis.
