Overall Satisfaction with SharpSpring
We use Sharpspring as our primary marketing automation platform that we use to develop automated email workflows for our clients. The low cost, diverse features, and friendly support are perfect for our agency and our clients. We've certainly pushed the limits of the platform with some of clients and the Sharpspring team has always been very responsive with helping find the right solutions.

HubSpot tends to be the standard in this space, but is often higher price tag than small businesses can afford. While Mailchimp is always adding more services, it doesn't have any of the native CRM aspects that Sharpspring offers. Both Mailchimp and HubSpot have more enjoyable user interfaces, but for a diverse set of tools at an affordable price, Sharpspring wins.
