Overall Satisfaction with SharpSpring

We have been using it to automate our sales process. We primarily market to Nonprofit organizations so we use it to send emails, forms, and nurture leads. It makes our team more efficient.
  • The Support Team is very responsive.
  • Email templates are easy to use and look great.
  • The life of the lead is a great resource that helps our Sales Team.
  • Setting up workflows can be confusing at first.
  • The campaign section can be confusing.
  • Has made our Sales Team more efficient.
  • Easier to focus on leads that are more qualified than others.
It doesn't handle nearly as much as SharpSpring can. Just not as many integrations and capabilities.
Very helpful for lead nurturing and tracking. Nonprofits tend to have a longer sales cycle, and having the system handle that aspect is very helpful.
