Overall Satisfaction with SharpSpring

SharpSpring is used by my whole company to improve our inbound marketing and sales efforts. We can control it to our sales team needs and can create landing pages or personalized emails in very easily. I think one of my favorite solutions is the fact that we can do our campaign process easily without needing to understand code. Also, we can automatize our workflows like assign lead owners or send welcome presentation emails.

For our sales team, SharpSpring is an easy platform to understand our sales process and funnel. They can see at what stage we're losing leads or the kind of buyer persona is more interested in our products. This helps them make a better pitch.
