Use Cases and Deployment Scope

SharpSpring is being used by our 3 person marketing department. We needed more than constant contact was able to provide but didn't need the complexity of some of the largest providers in the market. SharpSpring was just right. It gave us tons of data to better know our customer, but it didn't overcomplicate things.

Alternatives Considered

Marketo and HubSpot

We liked the price better and its ease of use. Also, we are in banking so security is crucial. Our IT did a thorough risk analysis and seemed pleased with the results so everyone has been happy.

Likelihood to Recommend

I feel like SharpSpring is just right in our, "Goldilocks and the Three Bears," story. We aren't big enough to dedicate an entire person to use the platform and need all three of us to be able to go in and set things up. SharpSpring didn't overcomplicate things, and it offers so much more than a simple email provider. We are more knowledgeable about our consumers' behaviors and can set it and forget it with little effort.
