Overall Satisfaction with SharpSpring
I own an ad agency. I use it as the primary lead generation, nurturing, and selling software, really, marketing automation and sales. We also use the live chat feature on our own site, which has worked really well. I also help my clients use all the same features, too. We're just starting to use the "Perfect Audience" feature that lets you retarget visitors with advertising (and soon will let you advertise on virtually any site). Since it has both marketing and sales pipelines, we can use if for virtually all sales and marketing activities.
- LiveChat and also chat bots--an amazing feature that's really just a free add-on.
- Lead tracking, scoring, and automated programs--can't be easier to use.
- CRM--integrates really well with the marketing automation.
- Tech support--really sharp, nice, patient team.
- No complaints. They keep adding more features I didn't realize I couldn't live without.
- Doubled my restaurant client's revenue (from $15,000 to $30,000/month during shutdown).
- Is the only method our agency uses to drive revenue.
- Helped a startup gain serious traction within two weeks.
Better support team, no contracts, much less of a price, similar feature set (when I first subscribed--now it has LiveChat and retargeting and more that Act-On didn't have, features seem to be constantly added). Much nicer and intuitive interface. Built-in CRM that integrates really well with the marketing automation.
