Overall Satisfaction with ShipStation

ShipStation is being used by multiple departments within our organization. Our customer service department, our CG Gear department as well as our marketing department. It addresses a seamless fulfillment process for our customers who are purchasing our gear to promote our brand out in the public.
  • Confirms shipping address to ensure accurate delivery.
  • Great partnership when needing to address any opportunities in the moment.
  • In our early days with ShipStation we experienced more discrepancies with invalid sizes being shipped to the wrong customers.
  • In the earlier years, ShipStation was actually causing a lot of cancels due to discrepancies with shirt orders or delivery.
  • Improved greatly in the last 4 years to now nearly eliminate this concern at this time.
As we continue to scale and grow, we are constantly researching whether or not we can continue with ShipStation. Also working hard for a better return policy experience for our customers.
