We use Sigma to do deep dives into how a store is performing and to find other account details a lot easier.

Sigma can run a bit slow sometimes.
When searching for a specific market, it is hard to find the one needed without putting the exact wording.

Sigma is able to help support assist customers in a timely fashion when needing an answer quickly.

Sigma is very easy to use, so people with less technology experience have an easier time finding the information needed through this platform.

It allows for internal teams to quickly pull the information that would reflect the issue at hand. This way, it can be fixed in a timely manner.

Chartio was faster in loading results, but sigma allows for more accurate information and less crashes.

Sigma helps pull high level data for a store that would typically not be able to be found.

Sigma is extremely beneficial for support agents working in a time crunch!
